Applicants are subject to a standard recruitment procedure. The selection procedure starts after we have received your open application, or in the case of a particular vacancy, your résumé and letter of motivation.

- exploratory interview (first selection round)
- assessment and further interviews (second selection round)
- discussion of terms of employment.
