SABIC Poland Sp. z.o.o. was established in the end of 2003 to support the strong growth of SABIC activity in the Polish market. Based in Warsaw, SABIC Poland Sp. z.o.o., led by Managing Director Piotr Kwiecien, has 4 employees and currently serves more than 50 various sized companies in the plastics sector.
LLDPE is SABIC’s highest-selling product in the Polish market, followed by polyester PP and HDPE. Most of the polyethylene and polypropylene is processed into many different end products for the Polish consumer market, mainly films for packaging, but also other packaging products (such as bottles and containers) and pipes, as well as automotive applications.
During the past few years SABIC’s marketshare in the Polish market has grown strongly. To support this growth, a local logistical center was opened in Kutno at the beginning of 2007, helping SABIC Poland Sp. z.o.o. reduce leadtime and security of supply to our converters.
